The CPP cast film line is used to produce high-quality film for a wide range of packaging applications, such as three or five layer co-extruded CPP film, CEVA film and high-barrier films containing PA and EVOH. The machine has the advantages of uniform plasticization, stable extrusion, high output and long service life.

• On-line film edge trim and recycling to improve film tidiness and reduce the danger of trim loss during production.
• A static mixer to ensure the mixing effect and yield
• Automatic die head to ensure the melt inside the die head has uniform layer and consistent extrusion speed
• Automatic thickness gauge system that is APC controlled in order to fine tune the thickness deviation
• Special screws ensure excellent plasticization, uniform color and increasing extrusion capacity
• Cool roller equipped with a built-in spiral flow way to ensure an excellent plasticization and stable extrusion
• Positive and negative pressure device to ensure the stability of melt film
• According to needs and the machine width, on-line slitting function can be configured to directly wind the finished film roll

1. High transparency, low haze, non-oriented, good flexibility, excellent heat resistance and cold endurance
2. As an unstretched polypropylene film, the strength of the CPP film is lower than that of the stretched film
3. The CPP film is mainly used for packaging of dry fruit, sea food, salted meat products, and fruit jam to keep those food fresh for longer periods of time.
4. It can also be printed on and bagged for clothing, knitwear and flower bags, documents and photo albums.
